Biography

Grace Sambali is an engineer, entrepreneur, and the Inua HER Lead for Women’s Economic Empowerment at Inua Hub, where she leads efforts to expand women’s access to digital skills, entrepreneurship, leadership, markets, investment, and economic opportunities. She is also the Founder of Gracing Ventures, a Dar es Salaam-based firm using digital innovation to improve the management of buildings and critical facilities across Africa. Her work sits at the intersection of engineering, technology, business development, and investment, with a broader mission to build solutions that improve lives and create sustainable economic opportunities for future generations. Through Inua HER, Grace works across the Inua Hub ecosystem to strengthen pathways for women to learn, build businesses, access opportunities, connect to markets and capital, and take greater leadership roles in Tanzania’s emerging digital economy.
