Lemmy Lucian

Lemmy Lucian is the Technical Programs Lead at Inua Hub, where he leads the design, coordination, and delivery of the organization’s technology-focused programs, including digital skills, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and technology-enabled learning initiatives.

With a background in Information Technology and extensive experience across digital transformation, EdTech, capacity building, and technology program delivery, Lemmy works at the intersection of technology and development. At Inua Hub, he provides technical direction to program teams, supports curriculum and learning design, coordinates technical associates and facilitators, and helps ensure programs translate emerging technologies into practical skills and opportunities for the communities Inua Hub serves.

Beyond Inua Hub, his experience includes developing digital systems for civil society organizations, delivering digital literacy and technology entrepreneurship programs, and training young people, teachers, and women in coding and digital skills. He holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM).
