Michael Bauer

Michael Bauer is a technology professional, Support Escalation Engineer at Microsoft, and Inua Hub Mentor whose career reflects the value of curiosity, adaptability, and being open to unexpected opportunities.

Michael began his journey studying theoretical physics in Vienna before choosing a different path and relocating to Portugal. What followed was not a conventional career trajectory: he gained experience across customer support, professional training, AI annotation, and technical consulting before continuing to develop his career in technology and support.

These experiences have given Michael a broad perspective on navigating career transitions, learning new skills, working across different professional environments, and finding direction when the next step is not always obvious.
