Michael Mbwambo

Michael Dickson Mbwambo is the Business Development & Sustainability Manager at Inua Hub, where he supports the development of strategic partnerships, growth opportunities, and sustainable models that strengthen the organization’s programs and long-term impact.

With a background in procurement, logistics, supply chain management, and material control, Michael brings a practical understanding of how organizations manage resources, build efficient systems, and develop sustainable operations. He is a graduate of the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy, where he earned his degree with honors in Procurement and Logistics Management.

At Inua Hub, Michael works across programs and partnerships to identify opportunities for growth, strengthen organizational sustainability, and connect local ideas and enterprises with the resources, networks, and partnerships needed to scale. He is particularly passionate about helping young people, women, entrepreneurs, and emerging businesses turn promising ideas into sustainable and globally competitive ventures.
