Onyedikachi Ibeabuchi

Onyedikachi Ibeabuchi is a software engineering professional, community builder, and mentor with over seven years of experience developing enterprise applications, scalable APIs, and data-driven solutions across Africa and Europe. Currently working as a Java Full-Stack Consultant, he combines technical expertise with a commitment to expanding access to digital skills, professional opportunities, and inclusive technology communities.

Beyond his engineering career, Onyedikachi is a co-founder of Black Professionals Lisbon, a community connecting and empowering international professionals across industries in Portugal. Through this work, he helps foster professional connections, knowledge exchange, and a sense of belonging among people navigating careers and opportunities in international environments.

Onyedikachi has extensive experience supporting emerging technology talent through mentorship and practical learning. As a Training Facilitator with SuaCode.ai, he guided learners through programming fundamentals and supported their learning journeys through the organization's mobile education platform. He has also contributed to mentorship and coaching initiatives with Africode Org, Imagine Foundation e.V., and Tech Ignite Africa, helping university students and aspiring developers strengthen their software engineering skills, prepare for technical interviews, and navigate the global technology job market.

As an Inua Hub Mentor, Onyedikachi supports fellows and emerging developers in building practical software engineering capabilities, understanding complex technical concepts, and developing confidence in their abilities. His mentorship focuses on backend development, modern AI-assisted development workflows, technical career preparation, and the skills needed to succeed in international technology environments.
