Pamela Kadete

Pamela Leonard Kadete is a Data Science and Artificial Intelligence specialist and Technical Program Associate at Inua Hub, supporting the design and delivery of data, AI, digital skills, and innovation programs. Her work combines technical program delivery, community building, and practical applications of emerging technologies to expand access to digital opportunities for young people, women, entrepreneurs, and underserved communities.

At Inua Hub, Pamela contributes to the development of hands-on learning experiences in Python, machine learning, and generative AI, while supporting program coordination, stakeholder engagement, impact measurement, hackathons, and mentorship for emerging technology talent.

She is pursuing a B.Sc. in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Ardhi University, with academic interests spanning machine learning, deep learning, statistical modelling, data structures, and software engineering. Pamela has also developed practical AI solutions, including Rafiki AI, a bilingual English–Kiswahili financial chatbot designed to make financial information more accessible to Tanzanian petty traders, SMEs, and employees
