Silvia Copia is a technology professional and mentor working at the intersection of technical support, partner success, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence. She currently works as a Technical Support Escalation Engineer supporting the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP), where her work spans Solutions Partner Designations, Specializations, Support Services, Copilot, and other AI-driven initiatives supporting Microsoft’s partner ecosystem.

Originally trained in Forestry Engineering, Silvia’s journey from aspiring park ranger to technology professional reflects her belief that careers do not always follow a straight path—and that continuous learning can open unexpected opportunities. Throughout her career, she has developed experience in technical problem-solving, partner eligibility investigations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams.

Beyond her core role, Silvia is passionate about learning, innovation, and the transformative potential of AI. She contributes to process-improvement initiatives, continues to expand her expertise through Microsoft certifications and professional learning, and hosts the What’s My Role? podcast, exploring career journeys and the different paths people take through professional life.
